Salut et Bonjour Friday! It’s going to be a glorious weekend here in Ohio and I am going to spend every minute I can outside. I was thinking I don’t have an index of all my recipes here at Charlotte le Blog, something I’ll work on. For now I thought it would be cool to highlight some of my best. Blue Nachos was a simple recipe I threw together for 4th of July weekend. So easy but so good! I believe a ate several plates full. 😜

Super Green Goddess Salad I truly thought this was one of the best salads ever! Granted, like I said in the recipe, what really made it was the dressing, from Goop of course. 😎 Check out my Instagram pic!

Magical Watermelon Tomato Gazpacho I have always loved this recipe because it truly is magical. 🦄 I miss you already summer tomatoes!

Miznon Roasted Baby Cauliflower Still obsessed with this dish. I’ve since found a video – Chou-fleur grillé par Eyal Shani (Miznon, Paris).

Daydreams of Paris Linguine with Morel Cream Sauce and Eggs Inspired by Le Bistrot Paul Bert, this dish truly was a dream. 🍳

This one was inspired by Audrey Hepburn and her favorite dish Spaghetti al Pomodoro. The sauce is so simple, but when I finally made it with tomatoes from my garden, I was blown away. The smell while it was cooking… THE BEST TOMATO SAUCE EVER! 🍝

Brie Tartine du Dimanche Soir My FAVORITE cheese with my FAVORITE bread 🥖 chases away the Sunday scaries/blues for sure!

Curry Fall Fondue I love curry. I’m so sad my little bottle that I bought on Ile St. Louis is almost gone 😥 I would love to make this Saturday evening for the Buckeye game, but since it’s going to be so nice out maybe Roasted Vegetable Sub? Roast the veggies on the grill? Along with some of Mark’s yummy wings 👍
