I’ve always believed that food is a source of joy, inspiration and well-being. I first created this blog in 2020 as lifestyle blog, particularly with an emphasis on my love of all things French. In 2024, I’ve refocused on the art of meal planning, nutrition, and the delightful journey of creating nourishing dishes. Bienvenue and thank you for being here!
About me
Residing in North Canton, Ohio, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from The Ohio State University. My culinary journey began in childhood and has since grown into a lifelong passion. I’ve been creating menus and recipes and studying nutrition for over 30 years. Not surprisingly, I’ve amassed a treasure trove of cookbooks and collected recipes. My inspirations are my mom and our Hungarian roots, my incredibly creative (and vegan!) sister Renee and my husband Mark who made my dreams come true by proposing to me in Paris. And especially Razzmatazz, whose unconditional love and boundless joy live on in my heart and inspire me every day.
I find joy in the simple things – beautiful tulips in my garden, loosing myself in the pages of a good book or savoring a perfect sourdough pizza. I truly believe there is magic to be found in a meal cooked with love. My wish is to inspire you with uniquely themed meal plans and simple, seasonal recipes with a focus on whole foods and an added dash of whimsy.
