3cupstomatoes, a varietysliced, quartered, cut into bite size pieces
½cupred pepperchopped
¼cupred onionchopped
2tbspfresh herbsyour choice
2tbspextra virgin olive oil
1tbspbalsamic vinegar
salt & pepperto taste
Instructions
Place tomatoes, red pepper and red onion in a bowl. Add herbs, olive oil and vinegar, toss to combine. Salt and pepper to taste.
