Parisian Mule
A delicious and refreshing summer cocktail. The first time I tried Cointreau was in Paris. We were walking back to our hotel and stopped at a little market and they had a bottle on the shelf. I asked mom what it tastes like and we decided to take some back to the room for a night cap. I’ve loved it ever since.

- 1 ½ oz French vodka
- 1 ½ oz Cointreau
- 3 oz ginger beer
- juice of half a lime
- 4 mint leaves
Fill copper mug with ice, lightly muddle mint leaves in the ice. Add vodka, Cointreau, ginger beer and lime juice. Stir and santé!
