I love a good matcha latte. Oat milk makes the best matcha lattes imho. Adding spirulina to this iced matcha latte give it you an extra burst of energy and a glow that lasts for days! For a 1200 calorie diet, 1 tsp of spirulina gives you 483 % of your daily B12 and 497% of vitamin A - the happy skin vitamin! Add all the healthy antioxidants found in matcha, and this latte is the perfect way to start every morning! Sante!
